CIVIL PROTECTION

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

"It is better to be prepared for something that may never happen, than to have something happen to us for which we are not prepared"

An emergency is an unexpected, eventual and unpleasant situation, event or phenomenon that can cause damage or alterations to people, their property, the provision of services and/or the environment.

Tecnológico de Monterrey has designed an action plan for emergencies that could arise within its facilities. In case of emergency, follow the instructions of the brigade personnel, attending to the withdrawal and evacuation plan (as required), according to the signage and plan indicated in each building.

Campus emergency line: 4443401090

Training and integration of Civil Protection Brigades, in matters:

  • First aid
  • Prevention and fire fighting
  • Evacuation

Our audiences are mainly students, teachers, collaborators, managers and dealers.

Evacuation procedure

  • Keep evacuation routes clear.
  • Do not block emergency exits.
  • Do not obstruct fire equipment.
  • Identify and report hazards in your work area.
  • Help out when practices and drills are held.
  • Request the training of emergency brigades.
  • Identify the emergency brigades formed in your work area and on campus.
  • Learn about the Emergency Plans and follow instructions when a contingency occurs.
  • Identify evacuation routes and meeting points corresponding to the area where you are.
