It is a service provided by the Security Risk Management Department and whose mission is the reception and delivery of lost and forgotten items on campus.
What to do if you find an item on campus?
Go to the nearest LOCATEC module to deliver the item, there you will be provided with a receipt describing its characteristics, by whom it was found and where.
What to do in case of losing an object on campus?
You can go directly to the LOCATEC module.

- Assistance is provided to visiting users at the required location
- To users of public transport platforms, while waiting and ascent - descent.

- The flagging service is provided on campus and access to road accident insurance or road assistance units (tow trucks).

Campus Community:
With the aim of facilitating entry into its community, the Institute provides all its members with an institutional credential so that by simply showing identification to security personnel, or placing it on the electronic access control devices, they can enter without further procedure.
To enter by car and make use of the campus parking lots, the license plates of the car must be registered at the following link. www.pue.itesm.mx/controlvehicular (using lanes 2 and 3 of the main entrance, as well as lane 2 of Prepatec vehicular access) Likewise, at the time of generating the record, the Road Guidelines, the which is also found, published in parking lots.
It is considered a serious offense to enter the Campus with people from outside without having been registered as visitors.
Visitors
Indicate the reason for your visit.
Show a valid official identification to security personnel.
Provide the name of the person who is waiting for you or intends to visit.
Security personnel make the corresponding registration.
Leave your identification in exchange for a visitor's badge.
Wear the visitor's badge -visibly- all the time you stay in the facilities.
At the end of the visit return the badge, in exchange you will receive your identification.
Show the security personnel the content of suitcases, backpacks, packages and in general all those items that enter the campus and do the same when leaving the facilities, if requested.
Direct the vehicle to the parking lot designated by security personnel.

The coordination of the different areas of the campus is involved in the organization of events and for each event and depending on the risks that these represent for the attendees, the number of officers required will be assigned.
The Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Puebla offers the ExpresoTec transportation service, which aims to provide users with an excellent service that is distinguished by its safety, punctuality, and cleanliness.
The buses are Mercedes Benz with capacity for 41 passengers, which have:
- Drivers trained in defensive driving and customer service
- Recliners
- All seats have seat belts
- The units are disinfected each time the route ends and starts
