It is a service whose objective is the reception, custody and delivery of lost articles within the Campus and its surroundings, as well as the protection of your objects.
Did I find an object I should make?
Attend the LOCATEC module to deliver the article, you will also be sent an email where it describes the characteristics of the article, contains data such as who, where, when it was found.
What do I do if I lost an item on campus?
Go to the LOCATEC module or contact the QR code shown in the image.
Aulas IV, from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs and 16:00 to 18:00 hrs from monday to friday.
Solicit aid from taxis from bases certified by state movility.
The service is requested at the security booth or through an officer.
Service hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 23:00hrs.
It is carried out internally on campus, to accompany any member of the TEC community from one point to another, when there is a special situation.

Support is given to all users of the parking lots:
- Road Accident
- Battery failure
- Replacement due to puncture or other.

Anyone wishing to enter the Campus must validate their access by presenting an ID to the Protect Security staff, and comply with the established requirements.
- Students, EXATEC, professors, collaborators and participants of Continuing Education: current identification of Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Visitors and participants of events and congresses: voter ID, driver's license, or valid passport, and must indicate the reason for their visit.
- Suppliers, contractors and media: voter ID, valid driver's license or passport, and prior authorization from the corresponding area.
